What is Employabilty Coaching?
Employability Coaching tackles the concerns of excluded clients head on.

We explore the underlying issues of unemployment and exclusion in all its forms–those not directly relating to lack of qualifications or work experience, and facilitate a process that encourages change.

Employability Coaching helps delegates overcome barriers to employment in a group context and during 1-2-1 sessions with one
of our coaches. A big part of the sessions is guiding clients as they identify their obstacles to employment, and create a practical, realistic and attainable life plan.

The purpose of Employability Coaching is to equip individuals with tools to develop self-reliance–to become their own personal life coach.
